The Summer Hours are working well, note our schedule somewhere below...
The Store Accepts Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard for online and offline purchases.
All the books online are in our store, but not all the books in our store are online, so stop by to see the full selection! Many cleaned + priced books often get put out on our 'staging tables' until they get shelved or culled for online sales, giving you a chance to get them first!
Don't stress over parking due to the Walgreens Construction across the street from our store. It's easier than it looks! The demolition is complete. There is still diagonal parking (same as before about halfway down the street) on the construction side of Giles Avenue (the sidewalk only is fenced off)...or as always, parallel parking (which Dublin Town Council has indicated will be painted...) on our store side of Giles Ave. The Management at CVS is very kind if you walk over from there. We have to believe that Walgreens would be as considerate when they open, possibly in the fall. You can see for yourself what's going on here.
The Dublin's Town Council Meets on the third thursday of most months, upstairs in the Town Hall at 7:00PM. I'll bet you didn't know that. This Month will be on the 18th.

From Interstate 81, (North OR South) take Exit 98 (Dublin Exit), then North on Route 100 for a couple miles, past three traffic lights. When you see Hardees on the left, get ready to take the Route 11 Exit Right. About 1/4 mile up Route 11, you'll see a traffic light. This is Giles Ave. and we are on the corner at the light. There is diagonal parking on one side and parallel parking on our side. From Route 11 South through Radford, over the New River Bridge, pass Peppers Ferry Rd (Fairlawn) and drive about 10 minutes to the first traffic light in Dublin. Turn Left. From Route 11 North thru Pulaski drive past the Route 100 Overpass, we're at the first light. There is diagonal parking on one side and parallel parking on our side.

Our Summer Schedule is posted here. We've been changing seasonally since opening the store around the Memorial Day and Labor Day Holidays. Last year in November (when DST changed) we ended 2 years of being open 7 days each week.

Speaking of 'Feedback", here's a small rant about Amazon.com. How come saome buyers are afraid to leave 5-out-of-5? an example:Book arrived sooner than expected! In better condition than described! Easy Communication. Excellent Packaging. 4-out-of-5! Whats the deal? Can anyone explain this? Check our Amazon Feedback for yourself.

Here is some explanation of E-Bay's Detailed Seller Ratings. Here's what I have so far... Write or call us if you have any ideas, or if we're missing something. It looks like this.

What we'd like to address: How do we achieve a 5 out of 5 rating in all the criteria?
Item as described - We take actual photgraphs, and do not use 'stock' pictures to represent an item. What you see is what you get. We do detailed descriptions, as though we were you and want to see it and feel it.
Communication - Is communication controlled by spam-filtering, so that buyers/sellers are not recieving our e-mails? When you buy from us, we ask that you enter our e-mail address into your spam-filtering program to allow it to reach you. It really isn't our fault.
Shipping and handling charges - Written in all of our E-bay Auctions we advise buyers that we refund the extra shipping charges if we're over by a dollar. We do that. Packaging and Handling are (and have always been) on us and... it is labor intensive when done properly.
Shipping time - We ship several days each week, and ship daily during the holiday seasons. 2 Days is allowed to get your package to the Dublin Post Office. Every package that leaves our store gets a postal confirmation that actually gets scanned in Dublin, except and unless... it has an un-cooperative address and is under $5.00. This is usually because a suite or apt. number is missing, please confirm your proper mailing address and give it properly. We also use 9 digit zipcodes.
Media Mail routes through Greensboro, N.C. and Priority Mail routes through Roanoke, then heads to you.
